The Cooper Training Institute was founded in 2005 by Zac Cooper as a means of working 1-on-1 with clients with varying goals from all walks of life. Since 2005, CTI has changed locations several times however the mission has remained the same… to use science-based, research-backed solid programming and exercise prescription to improve the lives of each and every client.

At the request of several former clients, as well as other athletes, the Mechanics Analysis & Distance Programming portion of CTI was started in 2013 as a pilot program to see if there was a need for this service.
